Just a few weeks ago, we were sweating out the heat with officials describing many areas of the country as disaster areas.
Far away, on the other side of the country from Mae Sot, the Mekong River was low enough to make it hard for cargo ships to sail upstream.
But, praise God, for the rain has come…
